Conditional RUM Did Not Get Triggered For New Bundle After Change Bundle

Below are the steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Created account with bundle 1.
2) Start usages in zone 3 and deplete daily price only, till here update 3 were passed.
3) change bundle from bundle 1 to bundle 2 in same session
4) continue usage further. update 4 and so on.
5) Verify if new daily grants are given or not.

Expectation: is to get the fresh daily grant due to new bundle when update 4 comes in.
Actual: Conditional grant did not triggered for new bundle after change bundle.
