Schedule Comparison Report Will Not Load after Changing Advanced Options in Visualizer (Doc ID 2960559.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When viewing a report in Visualizer > Schedule Comparison, when an Advanced Option is removed from the layout the report will not load.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Schedule Comparison report will load without issue after changing the Advanced Options.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

While this is not specific to the Advanced Option "Added-Deleted Activities", the issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log-in to P6 Pro.
  2. Go to Tools > Schedule Comparison to launch Visualizer.
  3. In Visualizer, select Create New.
  4. Name the layout "Test1".
  5. Click Options.
  6. Select the projects to be compared and click Add.
  7. Click Advanced tab and make sure all options are selected.
  8. Click Save and Draw.
  9. Notice report loads properly.
  10. Click Options.
  11. Click Advanced tab.
  12. Deselect "Added-Deleted Activities".
  13. Click Save and Draw.
  14. Notice report does not load.
