Symptoms
Queue Not working Properly
Steps to reproduce:
1. Access the CS application.
2. Click on Queue management.
3. Click on the Queue.
4. Open the alert and click on next.
Expected result:
The alert should show the highest match score in descending order(As the same configuration was done during the Queue configuration)
Actual result:
The alerts are not showing based on the match score.
