Symptoms

Alerts not visible in UI

Steps to reproduce:

1. Post a message.

2. Access the TF Application.

3. Go to alert list summary page.

Expected result:
 Alerts should be visible in the UI.

Actual result:
Alerts are not visible in the UI.
