Background Jobs Are Not Starting After Installing or Updating Unifier On-Premise (Doc ID 2961163.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to perform an update to all shells, the update is not starting and no errors are seen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

An update should start in an appropriate amount of time.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Company Workspace > Templates > Shells.
  2. Perform an update by making a change and selecting Update Shells.
  3. Note that when viewing the job history, the job never starts.
