Symptoms

MSS 6.3.1 version, Customer Account Search
 
In the Customer Account Search window, users are not able to search for Customer Accounts by Telephone number if the Customer's country is Canada.

 


Steps To Replicate The Issue
 
Customer Account Screen > Search by Telephone Number >Provide NPA and hit Search
we get the below error :
" No matches were found for your search"
