Symptoms
One user would like to create a service account backdated to more than one billing cycle.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
Balance Group bucket for free data is merged into one from 25 Apr - 1 June.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------------
The expectation is to have two separate buckets for free entitlement
1st Bucket 25 Apr - 1 May
2nd Bucket 1 May - 1 June
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Current System Date 3 June 2023.
2. Billing Account B1 is effective from 1 Mar 2023.
3. Next Bill_T for Billing Account is 1 June 2023 (Billing did not executed yet, delayed period 10 days).
4. Adding a service account S1 in Billing Account on 25 Apr (backdate).
5. Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) is creating service account S1 and NEXT BILL_T is aligned with Billing Account B1 as 1 June.
