Not Able To Select Item Parent/ Diff Level While Creating Clearance Reset (Doc ID 2961807.1)

Symptoms

Unable to select Parent/Diff item while creating Clearance Reset.

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Navigate to Create Clearance Resets screen.
  2. Enter a Reset Date.
  3. Enter Item Type as Item, Item Level as 'Parent Item/Diff', and select a desired Diff Type.
  4. Enter Parent Item number, Diff Value.
  5. Click Select button and notice that nothing gets selected.
