Why Are Drug Details Inserted into Both CASE_PROD_DEVICES and CASE_PROD DRUGS Tables for Some Cases? (Doc ID 2962004.1)

Goal

For some cases, Product Drug details are captured in the device table (CASE_PROD_DEVICES) and Product Device details are captured in the drug table (CASE_PROD_DRUGS).

Why is this occurring?
