Explain Plan and Runnable Source Code SQL with Study Config UI (Doc ID 2962362.1)

Goal

The following product functionalities are required in Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW):
1. There should be an option in "Transformation" > "Action" > "View Explain Plan". The same option should be available in VC screen as well.
2. There should be another "Transformation" > "Action" > "View Runnable Source code" that will give the SQL that can be directly executed in Database side. It should have the Business Area name already prefixed with that lifecycle and proper aliases that can be directly copy pasted in SQL Developer and executed without doing any change to SQL. The same option should be available in VC screen.
