ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Business Only Tab is missing for the BUS type applications.

We are able to load the application for BUS type without providing the applicant information. but in the UI, system is not displaying the Business Tab to view the business information. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System is not displaying the Business Tab to view the business information in UI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create application entry ws request with class type as Bus only.
2. Hit the ws request
3. Verify that application is created successfully with Business tab
4. Create a new application through UI > Origination with class type as Bus only
5. Verify that on saving the application, Business tab is available or not.

BUSINESS IMPACT
