Fulfillment Orders - Data Source RetailWebServiceDs Is Not Active (Doc ID 2962732.1)

Symptoms

For certain incomplete messages received by Fulfillment Orders webservice if fails with "bean validation error" and the connection to the database is not being released and once the connection pool is full of those it is not able to handle more connections returning:
"weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDisabledException: Data Source RetailWebServiceDs is not active, cannot allocate connections to applications."

As a workaround and because those messages are not frequently received the data source configuration was changed in WebLogic to release the connections after 300 seconds without calls to the database. Since then the connection pool issue was not faced anymore, but this should be handled by the webservice.

Note: the caller of the webservice originating the original issue is being solved.
