MSS 6.3.1| BGP Job Completion Message Not Coming

Symptoms
MSS 6.3.1 version, Background Processor.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
In our TEST environment we are not seeing a "Completed" message . Sometimes we have seen it but a majority of the time we are not seeing the message. It appears we aren't seeing the completed status consistently depending on when you click the previous status messages such as ready or executing.
If I click the OK on JOB-READY screen before the JOB is completed 100% as shown in the job worker screen ,then I get the COMPLETED message.
If the job completes 100% and after that I click OK on the JOB-READY screen , then I don’t get the COMPLETED message.
