CIOMS I Report Submitted Twice (Doc ID 2962929.1)

Goal

DATE_SUBMITTED in CMN_REG_REPORTS is getting updated even if the operation is aborted during the process of submission.

Steps to repeat:

  1. Go to Worklist > Reports
  2. Select the report, right-click, and select the option 'Mark for Submission'.
  3. Enter the comments in the 'Mark as submitted' text box and click on OK.
  4. A new window opens displaying 'Processing' and then the window is closed aborting the process.  Note: You will see a pop-up saying "Reports are not marked as submitted".
  5. Check-in cmn_reg_reports and the date_submitted is populated.
  6. Go to worklist> Reports and submit the same report again and let the processing complete.
  7. date_submitted in cmn_reg_reports is overridden by the latest date and time.

Notes:

If you refresh the Worklist > Reports Screen between steps 5 and 6 then case will no longer appear in the list since now considered submitted.
