Purpose

Windows system resources and options can affect the operation and performance of the P6 Professional application.  Use the following guidelines to maximize application performance and prevent interruptions to critical P6 operations and loss of unsaved data, or require the user to close and re-open the application to regain full functionality.

Scope

This document applies to the P6 Professional application in a standalone, client/server, P6 EPPM, or Oracle Cloud environment.
