While doing last leg of data consumption and the customer is having less than the available GSU(Granted-Service-Unit configured) and are not getting "Final Unit Indication" in Credit-Credit-Control-Answer. it should be visible during the final leg of grant

Scenario:
total granted MB's from charge offer: 1574821341.87 =1501 mb
Note: Here we are using charge offer to consume from this bucket as per latest PDC(Pricing Design Center) feature.
