Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tables don't display properly in custom emails when using 'Email attachments via Link' feature

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Tables display properly in custom emails when using 'Email attachments via Link' feature

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login Unifier
  2. Go to Company Workspace-->Configuration-->Business Process, choose one BP, open it, in General tab, enable option "Replace attachments with Links".
  3. Go to Customize Email-->Content, define customize email with table with border.
  4. Go to Project, then go to relative BP, create BP record, upload attachment, send to next step.
  5. Receive email in outlook, check the email content, there is no table border shown.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view table with border.
