Timesheets Of Old Period Beyond The "Number of past timesheets users can access" Are Showing Up On TeamMember (Doc ID 2963282.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The timesheets of old period saying many years ago is showing up in Timesheets dropdown list.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The timesheet periods of only a configured number are present in Timesheets dropdown list.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log on P6 Team Member
  2. Go to Application Settings. Set Number of past timesheets users can access = 1 (or a small number)
  3. Users who use Timesheets log on Team Member, then select the timesheets period dropdown list.
  4. It's showing up a timesheet period of many years ago beyond the number of past timesheets users can access.
