Will Changes Made to Factory Data Values be retained Post Upgrade From 8.4 to 8.4.0.1? (Doc ID 2963297.1)

Symptoms

For example, in Console > Code Lists > Flexible Data Re-Categorization > Flexible Re-Categorization, select Code List Name = LICENSE_CATEGORY
The factory data value 'Approved (Drugs out of drugs defined their usage in the protocol excluding investigational drugs)' had been changed from Display = Yes to Display = No in Argus 8.4.  After the upgrade to 8.4.0.1, this had Display = Yes.
