ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Duplicate Client warning message is not being displayed whenever a new client is being added via a transaction that uses the Client data type.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Appropriate warning message is displayed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Locate an existing Client.
2. After clicking on the Add Client icon, the Client Screen will appear.
3. Go to the New Client Tab and update fields based on the existing Client that was found earlier.
4. After fields are updated click Save. The Client Screen closes however the Add Client field was not updated.
5. Since we added a duplicate Client based on the DuplicateClient Rule, the warning should have been triggered / displayed.
6. Within the logs that a DuplicateClient exception occurred however the message was not displayed in the UI.
