Symptoms

CS Batch Passport number matching issues.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the CS batch.

2. Access the application.

3. Verify the alert.


Expected result:

Expected for issue1:  The Passport should not be unknown.

Expected for issue 2: The match should happen the correct passport

Actual result:

 Actual for issue 1: The passport is UNKNOWN in the watchlist.

Actual result for issue 2: The passport is highlighting for the one of the number.
