Symptoms

On: Oracle Communications Messaging Server 8.1.0.21.20230110 64bit (built Jan 11 2023)

Msconfig is core dumping in help.

After installing Messaging Server 8.1.0.21.0 and while in the "msconfig help" utility, the <escape> key was pressed and then after trying to back out of it, it dumped core.
