On : 11.3.1.8 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While executing AsFile in V11, the business has seen Values get inserted beyond 2 decimals.
This has happened while inserting data into AsActivityField.FloatValue as well as AsSuspense.SuspenseAmount.

During testing, the value of 375219. 5300000000 was intended to be inserted.
Instead, a value of 375219.5300000001 was actually inserted.
