ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When recycling an Activity, the Values section on the Allocation tab is showing different values in V10 vs V11.
• In V10, the Values section displays Begin Values.
• In V11, the Values section displays End Values.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the specific Policy.
2. Add a FundTransfer on 2/15/2020.
3. Complete the Activity Fields.
4. Complete the Allocations values.
5. Process the FundTransfer.
6. Now, recycle the FundTransfer and click on the Allocation Tab.
7. In V10, the Values section displays Begin Values (prior to FundTransfer processing).
8. In V11, the Values section displays End Values (after FundTransfer processing).
