ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Following an upgrade from v10.2.0.39 to v11.3.1.1, users are noticing that the Policy Values Inquiry Screen some of the tabs are blank.
The Field "Valuation Date" was added to this Screen with V11.3.1.1.
In order for all the Fields to be populated now, users have to click OK in the Input section, regardless if they are changing the Valuation Date or not.
