Symptoms

On : 11.3.1.13 version, Cycle

Following an upgrade to v11, the Batch Cycle often returns the following messages on Policy Level Activities.
This problem occurs on several different Transactions: DeathClaimRequirements, CVForBDPCalc, SystematicWithdrawalChange, and UpdateRoles.
The system error will happen every time the Activity is attempted to be processed.
The business can manually clean these up by deleting the activity and adding a new one.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Cycle.
2. Run Cycle Level (03).
