SAEXPSIM fails with ORA-00001 after store_day deletion when a revision was made in the initial loading (before deleting store_day) to a VOID CANCEL transaction.

ERROR
-----------------------
"saexpsim_1~20221121090422~markTransactionExportedFlush~sa_exported~-1~ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS.SA_EXPORTED_I1) violated~INSERT: NUM_RECORDS_PROCESSED=0 store_day_seq_no=15380601 system_code=SIM tran_seq_no=559356007"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load one RTLOG containing VOID/CANCEL transactions.
2. In RESA application, create a revision to one of those VOID/CANCEL transactions, removing all line item information (delete line items).
3. Run SAEXPSIM. Transaction with revision will be exported to system_code SIM.
4. Delete store_day in RESA application
5. Load same RTLOG from step 1, again.
6. Run SAEXPSIM and verify that job fails with the above error
