ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The negative adjustment is done on a location that has no inventory (the primary virtual warehouse), instead of applying the negative adjustment on the tsf_reserved_qty bucket since the quantity is not yet fulfilled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The negative adjustment is expected to be applied on the tsf_reserved_qty bucket since the quantity is not yet fulfilled.

WORKAROUND
-----------------------
No workaround available.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Find 3 virtual warehouses, belonging to the same physical wh. If necessary, adjust the warehouses in RMS so that: the primary virtual warehouse is not restricted, nor protected, one is restricted & protected and the last one is restricted, but not protected.
2. Create a regular item and assign the 3 warehouses as locations.
3. Submit and approve the item.
4. Create an inventory adjustment for the previously created item, having as location the protected & restricted warehouse, so that stock_on_hand will be 2.
5. Create an inventory adjustment for the item, having as location the protected & restricted warehouse, so that NON_SELLABLE_QTY will be 1.
6. Create a transfer for the item, from the protected & restricted warehouse to another location.
7. Submit> Approve> Save and Close the transfer.
8. Create a negative inventory adjustment, having as location the physical warehouse.
9. Notice that the inventory is pulled from the Primary Virtual Warehouse, which has no inventory.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot correctly cancel a transfer, since the tsf_reserved_qty is not considered to be an available unit. The impact can be classified between low to medium.
