On : 7.4.1.0.0 version, Installation Issues

OSM CN behavior confirmation - user-workgroup mapping reverted

We have added a few weblogic users, groups (under topology:/Security/) and WLRoles (under domainInfo/WLSRoles) in our OSM CN domain. But after doing that we found the om_user_workgroup table was reverted to the default state and all the user-workgroup mappings were deleted and we had to redo the mapping.

Is this behavior normal?
If it is normal then how do we avoid this?
If this is not normal please let us know what shall be done to fix this.
