"ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded" Is Observed When User Imported Excel File Containing an Assembly With More Than 1000 Components (Doc ID 2967796.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to change the status of Change Order from Pending to next status error is observed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Agile Web Client - Login to Agile Web Client - http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Open Change Order --> Change Status to Pending to next workflow status
3. Below error is observed

ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

 

Changes

 User imported excel file containing an assembly with more than 1000 components.
