The Entire “Recently Visited” Folder Disappears From the Left Navigation Pane In Agile Web Client Error "Cannot read properties of null (reading 'replace') core-agile-min.js:1" (Doc ID 2967852.1)

Symptoms

The entire “Recently Visited” folder disappears from the left navigation pane in Agile Web Client.
Users see that the recently visited history is gone after few days.

ERROR

[For Chrome/Microsoft Edge]
 TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'replace') core-agile-min.js:1
 at YAHOO.widget.AgileTextNode.getNodeHTML (core-agile-min.js:1:327106)

[For Firefox]
TypeError: this.label is null
getNodeHtml http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/Agile/static/aa1691345d79a44c02ec8d78734ab40c/release/core-agile-min.js:1


STEPS

1. Log into Agile Web Client
2. See "Recently Visited" folder does not appear in the left navigation pane and shows blank.
3. Hit F12 to open the browser in debug mode, and see the error under Console tab.
