No Dump Files Created When Exporting Objects (Doc ID 2967987.1)

Symptoms

On OFSAAI 8.0.8 version, when trying to export objects for example like hierarchies, export process triggered successfully but no dump file created as expected.

The following error messages are found in the log files, and the ICC server is indeed up and running normally.

Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Common Object Maintenance -> Object Administration -> Object Migration -> Export Object
2. Create new export for hierarchies
3. Run this export
