Problems Related to Task Dependency Information Unknowingly Lost During Provisioning Plan Assignment

Symptoms
When assigning a Provisioning Plan to an order, if users choose to click on the Apply button and if they receive a validation message due to some errors on the plan, like a missing Work Queue, wrong dates, etc., the application clears the task dependencies behind the scenes. When users fix the validation error and continues further to apply the changes, it gets applied without the task dependency information. This causes downstream effects on activities depending on Task Dependency, like tasks not becoming Ready when parent is completed, unable to delete task dependency from Pert Chart, unable to mark task as Not Required, unable to re-open task etc.
