Cable Pair Missing Underlying Assignment Even Though Assignment Block Appears on CLR/DLR Design Lines of Connection Design

Symptoms
The Cable Pair assignment block appears on the Connection Design CLR/DLR Design lines even though its underlying assignment is missing on the Cable Pair Connection Assignment window (w_cable_pair_sets_maint) Cable Pair Sets tab. Note the Cable Pair assignment has not been "Disconnected" either. The problem is illustrated/depicted below.

Recreation Steps
1. Inventory Management
2. Connection Design
3. Query for a connection
4. Double-click to open the circuit's Connection Design
5. Click CLR/DLR Design
6. Click Cable Pair to make an assignment
7. Click the Cable Pair Sets tab of the Cable Pair Connection Assignment window
8. Right-click on the A or Z Location and select "Add Cable Pair Sets..."
9. Click the new icon
10. Enter the required data
11. Un-select "Continuous Add" check-box in lower left hand corner
12. Click OK
13. Click OK
* Note the Cable Pair assignment under the Location
14. Click OK to close the Cable Pair Connection Assignment window
* Note the Cable Pair assignment block on the design lines
15. Save as Current or new Issue
16. Double-click the Cable Pair assignment block on the design lines
17. Click the Cable Pair Sets tab
* Note the underlying Cable Pair assignment under the Location
18. Right-click on the Cable Pair assignment and select "Disassociate"
* Note the underlying Cable Pair assignment under the Location disappears
* Note the Cable Pair assignment block on the design lines in the background still exists
19. Click OK and a message (below) indicating saved changes will remove the design line assignment is displayed
* Note the message has Yes or No
MESSAGE
Saving these changes will cause the DLR lines for the "Z" side of this
circuit to be removed. Save changes to window "Cable Pair Connection
Assignment"?
20. Click No to the message
* Note the message and Cable Pair Connection Assignment window both disappear
* Note the Cable Pair assignment block on the design lines still exists
21. Double-click the Cable Pair assignment block on the design lines
22. Click the Cable Pair Sets tab
* Note underlying Cable Pair assignment under the Location does not exist
Business Impact
Due to this issue, background reporting for outages shows circuits not appearing to be assigned to the cable strands.
