AutoSignal Is Not Working With Email Distribution Lists

Symptoms
When sending an autosignal email to an individual email or multiple email addresses from Argus, the emails are successfully delivered.
However, when sending an autosignal email to a distribution list, it fails with the following error:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.com
Your message can't be delivered because delivery to this address is restricted.
