Symptoms
In RWMS 16.0.1
When the item is setup for PTS picking, FPR receiving does not cross dock after receipt even though it is pre-allocated. Instead the merchandise is being sent to PTS picking.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Create a item with PTS picking process
2. Create a purchase order
3. Create an Allocation to this purchase order
4. Receive order
