C1-FIBCR Errors When the Initial Membership Errors Due to Pricing Not Found Despite the Existence of the Pricing

On : 5.1.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment
C1-FIBCR encounters an error when initial membership has errors due to pricing not being found and pricing does exist.
For the first run, the membership was enrolled with the Tobacco indicator as Y for both Self and Child. However after repricing batches, the error was thrown, since Pricing was not available in the health plan for the Tobacco indicator as Y, only the Tobacco indicator as N value is Present on the health plan.
During the second run, initially, the membership was updated with the Tobacco indicator as N for both Self and Child, and Repricing batches were run again, it processed correctly till REPC2 but Errored out in C1-FIBCR.
