Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), 12.0.0.4.0 version,

ERR_STREAM_IO received in tomcat every time is invoking a BRM opcode

In every request to BRM, the following error is observed in Tomcat logs, although the request is completed successfully:

Due to this the WebLogic Used Connections are not getting released, and free connections are 0 for a long while. All requests coming in are rejected during this.
