Symptoms
Using AutoVue 21.0.2.7 for Agile and Agile 9.3.5.9, unable to launch the AutoVue client application successfully using Java Network Launch Protocol (JNLP) when using Chrome or Edge browser. Instead there is a blank "AutoVue for Agile" window.
Steps to reproduce:
- Login to Agile web client using either Chrome or Edge browser.
- Search for one particular Agile object which has an attachment using the search box.
- Click on the file attachment for that object.
- Click on View
