REIM UI Failing With ADF_FACES-60096/7 Error (Doc ID 2970068.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to searching document in REIM and using Search and Select: Location pop up screen. While clicking the search button, the error shows up instead of returning the entered location criteria,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the TASK-> Document Maintenance - > Document Search
2. Enter a location in the location field
3. Click on the Drop down list and click on More... at the bottom of the list. This should launch a pop up with the entered location pre-filled on the location and the suggested locations in the multirecord detail block
4. Change the location to a different value
5. Click Search
