Symptoms

During the addition of a SKU to an existing item_parent via RMS base XITEM API it creates two entries in VAT_ITEM table with two different active dates one record with Item Parent active date and another record with current VDATE.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE :

1. Create an Style with 2 SKU's and notice that the VAT_ITEM table is created with active date as current vdate (i.e. 25th May) for the Style and 2 SKU's.
2. Wait for VDATE change (i.e. Next day 26th May).
3. Add 2 more SKU's to the existing Style mentioned in the 1st point via RMS XITEM API. Now notice that the parent item active date (i.e. 25th May) is carried to the newly added SKU along with the current VDATE (i.e. 26th May).
