PSUR Report - Listing shows Unlisted for all Events even though event contains Labelled and Unlabelled values (Doc ID 2970349.1)

Symptoms

When the Listedness of certain event is *** at the case level(i.e. if there are multiple licenses of the product - one License has labeling as Labeled and the other has unknown), the UL column in the PSUR report shows Yes meaning Unlisted.
