Symptoms
Slpit crashes with Bus error while running a simple MO call.

Bus Error
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to SLC host and navigate to TEST_TOOLS folder.
2. Use slpit to emulate a voice call:
$./slpit -I mc6 -v -k 1000 voice_mo.slp
