Multiple PFService Failures with Stack Trace Showing " VoltVar::runNextOptimization(OPFSolveTrigger, bool)" (Doc ID 2971996.1)

Symptoms

Testing on 2.5.0.1.12.  Encountered several PFService failures with the following stack trace

 

Program terminated with signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
