Symptoms

When attempting to login to P6 Team Member Web the following error occurs:

Could not open JPA EntityManager for transaction; nested exception is javax.persistence.PersistenceException: java.lang.NullPointerException

The following error can also be seen in the <P6 EPPM home>\tmws\p6tmweb.log file;

Caused By: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Unable to create connection within connection wait timeout: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
(CONNECTION_ID=NA24FrZ0TBKKEeIy4AAxFQ==)
