Creating a Manufacturer Part Number Having ';' Fails With Error "The Following Characters Are Invalid and Cannot Be Used ;" (Doc ID 2972910.1)

Unable to add ";" character for Manufacture Part Number.

ERROR
The following characters are invalid and cannot be used ;

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Java Client using url http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/JavaClient/start.html
2. Try to Launch the Agile Java Client.
3. Update the Character set of "Manufacture Part Number" attribute to allow ";".
4. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Web Client using url http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet
5. Log into Agile PLM Web Client.
6. Create new Manufacturer Part.
7. For MPN Number give value as per the updated character set and make sure to include ";" character.
8. Can not create Manufacturer Part and message appears "The following characters are invalid and cannot be used ;".
