Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to Process Request response received from GET-Decision WS call. User unable to determine issue

Use Case - User has invoked "Decision GET" WS and receiving response as "Unable to Process Request". The Error message should display appropriate error details

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should display appropriate error in response back so that customer can perform action accordingly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an application and bring it to "New-Review Required" status.
2. Ensure no Decision /Pricing details are populated on application.
3. Invoke "GET-Decision WS" for above application.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users having issue with error message.
