While creating Lease through API webservices with RENTAL agreement type lease using Y (Use existing asset). System not inserting the Lease record as expected (Doc ID 2973163.1)

While creating Lease through API webservices with existing asset collateral RENTAL charge matrix ,Following issues observed

1. When application and contract date = GL date, system is not inserting the RENTAL CHARGE MATRIX.
2. When application and contract date < GL date, system is giving the error saying 'Rental Charge matrix is not available.'

ERROR

OFSLL Error Msg : Charge Matrix is not available for application billing cycle. (SYS-SYS-SYS-UNDEFINED-001802)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use an existing asset in the system while created a lease through web service .Y
2. Verify whether system is processing the API.
