Symptoms

After upgrading Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12.0 Patch Set (PS) 3 to PS6, usage rating is failing since it is unable to fetch the Zonemap. The same scenario is working in previous PS3 environment.

From the cm.pinlog, the opcode op_zonemap_pol_get_lineage is not returning any value even though zonemap exists in database.
