Character "&" Causing Print Failure (Doc ID 2973846.1)

Goal

On : 12.6.4 version,

When XMLs contain the character "&" are processed through Docfactory this leads to a print failure. This is not an issue that consistently happens.

Is there anything that can be done to prevent this character from occasionally causing this print failure?
